If you work for Lbrands, then you can access all your work-related resources online through the ACES ETM portal. This portal provides convenient access to paystubs, work schedules, benefits information, direct deposit information and more. This applies whether you are an L Brands store-based associate or an L Brands DM and home office-based associate.
However, It is important to note that there are different ACES ETM portals for management and employees. This helps with organization and makes it more efficient for employees to be managed by their company.

https://hraccess.lb.com is the login portal for management and DMs.
Once logged in, you can access your pay statements and other resources like direct deposit information through the ACES ETM portal. You may also be able to update your direct deposit information on the portal if you need to change which account your pay is deposited into.
To get started, simply go to the ACES Login page and sign in with your employee credentials.
How to Login to the ACES ETM Portal
The ACES ETM portal for associates can be found at aces.limitedbrands.com. This is the address you will need to enter into your browser in order to be transferred to the ACES ETM sign-in page. Once you arrive at the ACES ETM portal, you will be greeted with a message and some instructions on how to sign in. At the bottom of the page, you will find fields to enter your user ID and password, as well as a link to use the ACES ETM portal in another language if you wish to.
ACES ETM Login (Associates)
To access your work-related resources through the ACES ETM portal, you need to sign in. To login to ACES ETM, follow these simple steps:
First, go to the ACES ETM portal HERE
Second, enter your User ID (which can be gotten from your employee ID) and password.
Third, click the “Login” button.
As soon as you sign into the ACES ETM portal, you will find several self-explanatory links and menus that can be used to navigate around the portal to access various work-related resources.
HR Access Login
For HR access login, use your L brands network ID and password to log in to your Aces limited brands account.

- Enter your L brands network ID and password
- Type your HR access login as your Aces login password
- Click on the “Go” button to log in to your HR access portal

Who Can Use The ACES ETM Portal?
To use the ACES ETM portal, you need to be a Lbrands employee. You will also need an electronic device ranging from smartphones, computers or any other Internet-enabled device with which to access the portal. If it is the first time you are using the portal, and therefore don’t have a password with which to log in, you would need to contact Lbrands’ Stores Technology Services for help in setting one up.
I Am A New Lbrands Employee, How Do I login?
If you are a new employee, you will need your L Brands Network ID (Username) and associated password to log in to the portal.
This is your ACES ETM Employee User ID which is the same as Limited Brands ID number, which consists of 6 or 7 numbers without the zeros in front of it. Look at your payslip to find it, and if you can’t, ask your manager.
You will use the same password for ACES ETM that you created when you joined Limited Brands. If you have not created a password yet, or have forgotten your password, please contact Stores Technology Services at 1-877-415-7911.
Once you have your Employee ID (Username) and password, you can proceed to the login page (https://aces.limitedbrands.com) and input them into the fields provided.
I Forgot My ACES ETM Password, How Do I Recover It?
If you forgot your ACES ETM password, you can still recover it. However, the only way to do so currently is by contacting the Stores Technology Services at 1-877-415-7911. They will ask you some questions for security purposes and if you satisfy them, you will then have your password reset. Ensure to contact them only during working hours.
How to View Your ACES ETM Work Schedule
In order to view your schedule, you will need to log in to ACES ETM. The login process is detailed above.
As has been stated earlier, there are two different login pages for ACES ETM – one for the ETM Availability and Scheduling Portal, and one for Managements and HR. If you want to access and view your work plan, you will need to log in to the ACES ETM Availability and Scheduling Portal.
After logging in, navigate to the “My Job” tab. From there, select the ACES ETM option from the pop-up menu. This will redirect you back to the login page where you will be prompted to log in again. Once you have logged in again, you will see the “Work Schedule” option. Simply click on it to access all the information regarding your working hours.
You can as well check the availability of future ETMs, making it easier for you to manage your working hours and schedule them beforehand.
